At Monkhouse & Company, we're on a mission to empower UK tech entrepreneurs to scale. We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Catalyst, a role designed to make a significant impact on the UK's tech ecosystem.

  1. Shape the Future: You'll be part of a team that's shaping the next wave of tech success stories in the UK, going beyond just hitting sales targets.
  2. Be a Change Agent: You'll be a vital player in driving real change, working closely with our seasoned leader, Dominic Monkhouse, who has scaled tech companies from zero to £30m in just five years.

The Opportunity:

We're offering a competitive base salary of £35,000 – £45,000 (commensurate with experience) and uncapped commission, with the potential to earn £60,000+ in on-target earnings.

What You'll Do:

  1. Engage with CEOs: You'll be working closely with CEOs of high-growth tech firms, building meaningful relationships and driving results.
  2. Execute Multi-Channel Outreach: You'll be executing innovative sales strategies across phone, video, email, and LinkedIn, with a focus on driving online engagements with target CEOs.
  3. Collaborate on Sales Strategies: You'll be working collaboratively with our team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
  4. Key Performance Indicators: Your success will be measured by your ability to drive monthly meaningful conversations with CEOs, online engagements with target CEOs, conversion rates, and pipeline value created per quarter.
