We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Women's Complex Needs Services Lead. In this pivotal role, you will lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality services, including the Sex Workers Outreach Project, Complex Needs, Change, and Women's Recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective supervision and coaching to staff
- Manage contracts and grants
- Produce timely reports
- Ensure data quality
- Oversee the operational aspects of the centre, including staffing, safeguarding, and client interventions
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of women with complex needs. As a Women's Complex Needs Services Lead, you will work closely with the Criminal Justice Services Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities at the Women's Centre.
