We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Navartis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the advanced engineering solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute account management and development activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate complex global organizations, building and nurturing relationships at all levels.
  • Lead, manage, and resolve commercial, supply, and engineering challenges to deliver mutually beneficial solutions to customers.
  • Support negotiation of terms of business with customers.
  • Manage new enquiries, feasibility, quotations, and successful order intake.
  • Review and identify potential trade shows and exhibitions for business development opportunities.
  • Manage existing business accounts and relationships.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of sales, pricing, and business models.
  • Full understanding of sales and cost analysis, including tracking key account metrics, forecasting sales, and target analysis.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and ability to use all Microsoft-based packages.
  • Commercial and business acumen.
