PBR Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled PBR Investigator to join our Complaints team at Quilter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving all errors and omissions relating to advice, fees, and charges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive investigations into all available information and documentation.
- Take ownership of case reviews and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, adviser/firms, insurers, and senior management.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines and timescales associated with complaint resolution.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Confident communication skills and ability to compile written accounts of investigations/reviews.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain focused and calm in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience working within a complaints/remediation environment is essential.
- Experience working within a Financial Services environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial Services regulation and the regulator's approach to complaint/remediation.
