Digital Services Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Field Engineer to join our team at Azets Group. As a Digital Services Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients across various sites nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, notebooks, printers, and other hardware devices.
- Network Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, WiFi access points, and digital telephony systems.
- Software Support: Provide technical assistance for Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange, and Active Directory.
- Reporting and Communication: Submit weekly and ad-hoc updates to the head of the Field Team as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within the IT department, including remote support and 3rd line infrastructure, on a daily and project basis.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed to support the IT function.Requirements
- Hardware Expertise: Proven experience with Intel-based desktops, laptops, and servers (mainly HP and Dell) with the ability to provide break/fix support at the component level.
- Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of DHCP, TCP/IP, and DNS.
- Driving License: Possess a full, clean UK driving license held for a minimum of one year.
- Health and Safety: Good understanding of health and safety policy and procedures.
