Job Summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our retail estate in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of our people strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our retail leadership team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure the success of our business
  • Address day-to-day HR issues and provide expert advice on employment, performance management, and talent management
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive business change and improvement initiatives
  • Provide commercial and strategic HR advice to support business growth and development

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong background in generalist HR
  • Excellent ER experience and ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
  • CIPD credentials are an advantage
  • Experience working across corporate and head office functions
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with a passion for embedding our core values
  • Solution-oriented, well-organized, and innovative problem-solving skills

What We Offer

In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum, plus company bonus and benefits.
