About the Role:

  • As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our business.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • With a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
    • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion

About You:

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales across SMB and Mid-Market
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including MEDDPICC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 + £40,000 (DOE)
