Our company consists of 4 entities that create a global supply chain, providing a range of floral, plant, and sundry products to businesses worldwide. We pride ourselves on tailoring our service to customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an ambitious Wholesale Cash & Carry Assistant Manager for our Southampton location. This is an exciting and demanding role that requires flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

As a key member of our team, you will support the Cash & Carry Manager in ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered. You will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing the profitability of the Cash & Carry through effective control of sales, margins, and overheads
  • Assisting in day-to-day productivity and creating a customer-focused working environment
  • Taking initiative to spot opportunities for growth and researching new opportunities
  • Supporting the Site Manager on stock checks and ensuring the Cash & Carry is manned to expected levels
  • Liaising with Human Resources to ensure compliance with statutory law requirements
  • Promoting a safe working environment and leading by example
