About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Admin Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the company's administrative needs and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional front-of-house service, including greeting visitors and operating the switchboard.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies, including stationery, washroom consumables, and PPE.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, including general housekeeping and organization.
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns, and issue PPE, tooling, and office equipment as needed.
  • Conduct regular H&S checks, including fire alarm tests and first aid box checks.
  • Arrange training courses and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize maintenance for the company fleet.
  • Perform general office duties, including post, filing, and scanning.
  • Ensure all systems and records are up-to-date and accurate.
