Health and Safety Manager

MCS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Health and Safety to join their Senior Leadership team in Northern Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Health and Safety professional to lead the development and implementation of H&S strategies, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Health and Safety management system that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead risk assessments and safe systems of work, including COSHH projects, to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Health and Safety policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety and well-being.
- Manage and develop Health and Safety policies, systems of work, and procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Safety management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. A NEBOSH Diploma or Degree-level education is required.
The salary for this role is circa £55-60K, and all details, including the package, will be discussed upon application.
