Job Summary
Novax Recruitment is seeking a skilled Panel Administrator and Note Taker to provide administrative support and note-taking services for a six-month contract. The ideal candidate will have excellent minute-taking skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, prepare for, and arrange statutory Child Protection meetings.
- Attend meetings virtually or in person and provide clear and accurate note-taking services.
- Accurately record information into the central computerized system and distribute minutes within required statutory timescales.
- Monitor and prioritize the flow of incoming work via a shared mailbox or internal computerized system and ensure documentation is correct and input accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English at grade C or above.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Working Arrangements
The successful candidate will be required to work full-time hours and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
