Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing team members
- Organizing work schedules
- Offering direction on urgent response services
- Handling invoice processing
- Maintaining financial records for children with health and disability requirements
- Administering petty cash
- Assisting budget managers and supervisors
Essential Qualifications:
- Expertise in Google Suite and related software
- Exceptional organizational capabilities
- Outstanding communication and telephone skills
- Experience with data management and numerical analysis
- Customer-oriented mindset
