Technical Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Nordex Group. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary technical knowledge and skills to provide a quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training courses using various methods, including classroom-based learning, on-the-job training, virtual classes, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Plan and create targeted training programs to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with technical experts and customers to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Continuously develop and improve your own technical skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Liaise with our European headquarters to ensure alignment with global training standards.
  • Support the Health, Safety, and Engineering departments in approving external training providers.
Requirements:
  • A Technical or Science-based degree or technical apprenticeship.
  • Experience as a technical trainer, preferably in the wind industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train employees.
  • Fluency in English and basic German language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and SAP.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Strong Health and Safety awareness.
