We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced property professional to join our clients in the Stoke-On-Trent area as a Senior New Homes Negotiator.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in New Build sales, however, we are also open to considering property professionals looking to transition into this field.

As a Senior New Homes Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Registering client details and managing their property viewing experience
  • Negotiating offers between developers and buyers
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Managing general administrative tasks

The successful candidate will be offered:

  • A competitive basic salary up to £25,000
  • A potential OTE of up to £35,000
  • A company car
  • Ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role
