About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Brendoncare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive nutritious and enjoyable meals.
  • Support residents with their hobbies and interests, promoting independence and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
