Compliance and Training Manager

OCS is seeking a Compliance and Training Manager to support the Operations team and the Contract Director in delivering the NEC4 FM Soft Services contract to the University of the Arts London.

The successful candidate will ensure OCS meets compliance requirements at all times, conducting regular Site Safety Inspections and ensuring our teams work safely while being properly trained.

This role will also ensure that all relevant DBS and SIA licenses are up to date. The successful candidate should be able to obtain a clear DBS Certificate via OCS during the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Developing and implementing training programs for OCS teams
  • Conducting regular site safety inspections and audits
  • Managing DBS and SIA licenses for OCS staff
