MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Motor Claims Intervention Handler to join our team. As a Motor Claims Intervention Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's fast-paced entrepreneurial business in the motor insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to successfully capture third-party claims, achieving commercial goals and mitigating costs.
- Establishing the needs of third-party claimants and following established processes to minimize claims spend.
- Supporting the follow-up process in handling claims and identifying potential fraud, exaggeration, and indemnity.
- Reviewing claims processes and recommending improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce leakage.
- Providing technical support for intervention claims matters, including escalated customer scenarios and liability referrals.
- Sharing best practices with the team and contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
