Job Title: Electrical Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Brookfield M&E Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our electrical installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain our quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor the quality of electrical installations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit written quality control reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist project managers and supervisors in ensuring that quality assurance procedures are followed on site.
  • Develop and maintain project-specific quality control reports and submittal logs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality assurance matters.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings and assist the quality manager with quality-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of quality assurance activities and results.
  • Prepare and track all RFIs (Requests for Information) related to quality assurance.
  • Have knowledge of software such as BIM 360/ Fieldview.
  • Conduct snagging inspections of electrical installations on scheduled walkdowns and observations.
  • Prepare and submit snag lists and sign-off documents.
  • Ensure accuracy of electrical installations before client handover.
  • Prepare reports for management on quality-related issues.
  • Conduct quality walks with project teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, and regulations.
