Job Title: Technical Content Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team at RedTech Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that meets the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets business requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in documentation
- Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on documentation tools and processes
Requirements:
- Commercial experience in a technical writing role or a Ph.D. with a strong writing component
- A 2:1 or 1st class degree from a leading university, preferably in a field related to technical writing
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a concise and simple manner
- Technical literacy and understanding of software engineering practices
- Enthusiasm and a desire to work in a fast-paced innovative environment
