This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical and communication skills. You will work closely with our product team to understand our technology and develop content that meets the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products, including user guides, release notes, and API documentation.
- Collaborate with our technology experts to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with our design team to develop visually appealing and user-friendly documentation.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical documentation.
- Develop and maintain our knowledge base, ensuring that it is comprehensive and easily accessible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, History, Anthropology, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Effective communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
