Agency Administration Analyst

At Legal & General Resources Limited, we're seeking a skilled Agency Administration Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Group Functions, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business divisions with onboarding and agency servicing processes for all Intermediary Sales Channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage agency appointments, terminations, transfers, letters of authority, and contractual relationships in accordance with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, investigating and resolving agency-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain professional customer care approaches to all Legal & General Intermediaries, ensuring regulatory guidelines are maintained for all requests and transfers received.
  • Process applications, terminations, agency transfers, and policyholder transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and reject applications and documentation that may be against Legal & General's interests or in breach of regulatory rules, documenting and reviewing contentious issues.
  • Investigate control monitors and regulatory reports, highlighting manual errors or system anomalies to prevent incorrect agency payments or reporting.
  • Support the front office Agency Enquires Team, providing cover for the telephone Helpline and dealing with agency-related queries to maintain service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond and react to customers appropriately.
  • Effective planning and prioritization, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Independent Financial Advisor market is desirable.
  • Good desktop skills around Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
