About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Notaro Homes, a leading provider of care services. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal times, ensuring residents receive a nutritious and enjoyable dining experience
  • Use specialized equipment to support residents with mobility and dexterity needs
  • Document all tasks carried out, maintaining accurate records of resident care
Requirements
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional care
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
