The Role

We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team at Beach Lawns Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in leisure and social activities to enhance the lives of our residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
