Position Title: Transportation Provider
Role Overview
The Transportation Provider is entrusted with delivering secure and reliable transportation services to clients, prioritizing their safety throughout the journey while cultivating positive interactions. This role also encompasses the documentation of client progress, establishing behavioral boundaries, and recognizing the necessity for professional intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safe and lawful driving practices at all times.
- Ensure timely and secure transport of clients to specified destinations.
- Report vehicle maintenance requirements and uphold vehicle safety standards.
- Assist with the transportation of client meals and support program-related needs.
- Employ de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.
- Remain informed on mandatory training and certification requirements.
- Execute additional assigned tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
Essential Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Must qualify for automobile insurance coverage.
