About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at The Copse, a rehabilitation service for men requiring a medium-term placement. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users with mental health conditions to achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ward rounds and analyse behaviours to inform care planning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to adapt care and support services
  • Update patient records and provide high-quality care and support
  • Assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
