Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Food and Beverage Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock of food and beverages to meet guest demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our food and beverage operations are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our food and beverage staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and health and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
