Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct the daily activities of the team and contractors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and H&S standards.
- Establish scope and manage facilities projects with financial and operational framework, ensuring cost-effectiveness and technical efficiency.
- Implement and manage a preventative maintenance program, ensuring the effective operation of all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
- Monitor all Repairs and Maintenance expenses across Uncommon buildings, keeping accurate records and monitoring closely all expenditures.
- Support key workstreams through attendance of ESG related meetings, follow-up on check-ins and progress of key initiatives.
- Have an individual responsibility for ensuring fairness and adherence to our DE&I policy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Engineering.
- Diploma in Engineering management.
- H&S Certificates of NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Previous Cluster or Regional Management experience.
- Root Cause Failure analysis.
