Aircraft Maintenance Director

The Conduit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services, including maintenance, repairs, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain all building services, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Develop and implement sustainable energy-saving initiatives to reduce our environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Lead and oversee a team of maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.
- Collaborate with department heads and other Conduit colleagues to ensure effective use of equipment and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Provide regular reports to the Club CEO on maintenance activities and progress.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building service maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
- City & Guilds or NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant engineering subject.
- Ideal IOSH managing Safely or NEBOSH qualified.
- Knowledge of Food Alert and Alert 65.
- Experience of supervising and managing small teams and external contractors.
