Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our Ultrasound Call Line Service at OneWelbeck. As the Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a brand new service, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care pathways, and developing policies and processes to deliver a 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage the Ultrasound Call Line Service, covering all bookings and appointments
  • Build and manage a team of administrators, overseeing HR and payroll responsibilities
  • Meet and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Director of Central Services
  • Develop a blueprint for the call line service for future centers
  • Create training guides and a training program for the team
  • Report progress and updates to the Director of Central Services and Centre Directors
  • Ensure a culture of wellbeing and focus to deliver the highest standard of service
  • Meet with Centre Directors and Business Managers to understand their needs and create strategies to meet them
  • Manage the Ultrasound administrator rotas to ensure adequate staff cover
  • Deal with complex enquiries and complaints in accordance with the company's procedure

  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and processes
  • Working knowledge of an ultrasound service and its demands
