The Role

We're seeking an External Communications and Marketing Manager to drive the achievement of our external promotion strategy. The role will be responsible for developing and promoting HFT's brand awareness across all channels, including recruitment campaigns, fundraising, paid digital social, PR and Media activities, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications and marketing strategy to promote HFT's brand and services
  • Manage and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders to secure media coverage and support our campaigns
  • Source and develop content that celebrates the amazing work of HFT, ensuring all materials are compliant and accessible to our audiences
  • Research demographic trends, impact assessments, and produce analytical information on our external marketing performance
  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on key reputational and media issues to influence our campaigns
