Senior Practitioner Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a dedicated recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Manager to join their Family Support Team in Vale of Glamorgan. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,495 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide leadership and support to the delivery of high-quality services to children, young people, and their families/carers.
- To recruit, select, and manage staff under the direction of the Team Manager, adhering to Council Policy and Procedures.
- To ensure the quality of the Team's Care and Support practice, working closely with the Team Manager.
- To provide professional supervision to team members, regularly reviewing and addressing their performance, training, and personal development needs.
- To advise the Team Manager on relevant training requirements, developing appropriate training for staff.
- To establish effective management arrangements within the Team, ensuring the Council's statutory obligations and policy objectives are met.
- To attend and chair meetings, including planning, core group, disruption, and strategy meetings.
- To prioritize ongoing professional development.
