  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen is running efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of our guests and the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
