Senior Sous Chef Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at Turtle Bay Restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures
  • Provide training and coaching to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
