Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Team Leader to join our Accounting & Finance department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the Purchase Ledger team, contributing to the overall strategy and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Purchase Ledger team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Accounting & Finance department's strategy and plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales and purchase ledger transactions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Procurement teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounting role, with a strong understanding of sales and purchase ledger processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
