We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Leaders in Care, a leading provider of mental health services in North London.
About the RoleAs a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe nursing care to individuals with mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating care and leading comprehensive nursing assessments
- Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment

What We OfferWe offer a competitive annual salary of £37,000, a generous £5,000 welcome bonus, and a £1,000 annual loyalty bonus. You will also receive free on-site parking, supplemented meals, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD)
- Experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a specialist healthcare provider
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
