Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Bush & Co Rehabilitation. The successful candidate will provide a flexible support service to an adult male with an acquired brain injury, helping him to access leisure, health, and social services as part of an individual programme plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting in an enabling capacity, assist the client in organizing appointments and correspondence.
  • Motivate and support the client in accessing leisure, health, and social services.
  • Help the client to develop and implement an individual programme plan.
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
  • Assist the client in accessing transportation and other services as needed.
Requirements:
  • Driving license required.
  • Enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
