Job Overview

Job Title: Female Support Worker - Bank

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Sutton and Erdington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one support to adults with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily tasks and activities
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement
  • Help individuals develop their skills and knowledge
  • Book and attend healthcare appointments
  • Report any safeguarding concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and care plans

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with mental health and challenging behaviors
  • Knowledge of Jamaican culture
  • Passion for supporting individuals with independence
  • Patience, care, and understanding
  • Ability to set clear boundaries
  • Outgoing, engaging, and enthusiastic
