Key Responsibilities- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality educational activities and experiences to pupils with SEN.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each pupil.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to identify and address any barriers to learning, ensuring that all pupils have access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or above in Support Work for Teaching and Learning in Schools.
