Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. This role will provide support to our swimming teachers and business manager at our venues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, check them in, and ensure a smooth entry to the site
  • Manage the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the site
  • Provide lifesaving supervisory duties during lessons
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and warm operating environment at all times
  • Support attendees with first aid response in emergency situations
  • Maintain and implement brand standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support swimming teachers and business manager with daily tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients
  • Communicate effectively with coordinators and respond to customer inquiries
  • Remain up to date with company campaigns and events

Requirements

  • Able to swim to a reasonable standard and confident in water
  • Enthusiastic and confident personality
  • Consistent professional manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Lifeguard and first aid qualifications desirable
