Job Title: Insurance Manager

Location: Warwickshire

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum

Purpose of Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Insurance Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. Our client is considering individuals from a non-insurance background as long as you have operational managerial and sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including workflow, work allocation, and absence management across multiple locations.
  • Conduct monthly 1-2-1s and support personal development of team members.
  • Act as the liaison between the Training & Competency (T&C) team and department leadership.
  • Drive results by monitoring and analysing data to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure delivery of exceptional service.
  • Make independent decisions while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring service excellence.
