As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing ongoing funding for future TechUP programmes, developing new CPD training programme opportunities, and maintaining and developing relationships with programme partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure ongoing funding for future TechUP programmes through grants, industry partnerships, sponsorship, and philanthropy.
  • Develop new CPD training programme opportunities that meet the needs of our programme partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with programme partners to support current and future programmes.
  • Lead and develop the TechUP Stakeholder Advisory Board to ensure effective communication and collaboration with our stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the TechUP team to develop and implement strategies that drive the success of our programmes.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Professional practitioner with knowledge and expertise in business development, partnerships, and fundraising.
  • Experience of implementing policies and procedures and supporting change and service improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong digital competence across a range of digital devices and apps, including digital communication tools and Microsoft 365 applications.
