ABOUT YOU

As a Technician in a Food Service analytical laboratory, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the safety and quality of food products for consumers. Your role will involve assisting in the microbiological assessment of food samples submitted for testing. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for this vital position within the production process.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This position is integral to the microbiology production team, which delivers analytical services to leading food manufacturers and suppliers. Your responsibilities will span the entire production workflow, from sample registration to preparation, plating, and incubation. Additionally, you will engage in quality assurance and health and safety training, contributing to both internal and external quality proficiency programs.
  • Weighing and mixing samples
  • Plating and pouring samples onto Petri dishes
  • Incubating samples
  • Routine cleaning of workstations
