We are collaborating with a prominent fintech organization to identify a committed Web Content Specialist/Writer. This position is centered on the development, enhancement, and management of content aimed at improving customer assistance and product functionality.

This role is structured as a 6-month contract, offering a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Enhancement: Create, refine, and produce new content for designated product sectors to deliver in-product, self-service, and assisted support information. This material is essential for customers to effectively utilize the company's offerings.
  • User Analysis: Investigate user requirements and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the designated products.
  • Editing & Quality Assurance: Review and edit peer contributions to guarantee high-quality support documentation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to legal, stylistic, and corporate standards.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and curate product feature details, ensuring relevance and minimizing redundancy.
  • Performance Analysis & Enhancement: Evaluate previous iterations of self-help content and propose restructuring based on analytics to address evolving user needs.
  • Information Architecture: Strategize and deliver information design for assigned product areas and new releases across various media formats.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, fellow Technical Writers, and Senior Technical Writers across different time zones to address critical content requirements.
  • Template & Design Contributions: Provide insights on templates, web page aesthetics, and document presentation.
  • Feedback Implementation: Recommend improvements at the article and topic levels based on customer feedback, including emerging trends and revised procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in content creation and management, especially within a fintech or technology context.
  • Skills: Proficient in utilizing Content Management Systems, including WordPress and Jira.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and compliance with style guidelines.
  • Collaborative Skills: Capability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
