Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic goals and objectives, supported by an experienced Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees.
- Balance leading the team, engaging directly with families, and representing James Hopkins Trust on a local and national stage.
- Grow and stay informed about trends and issues in the care of children with complex health conditions.
- Lead a team that is deeply committed to their mission, and the Board of Trustees will support you in driving the organisation forward.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the charity continues to thrive and expand its reach.
Requirements
- A proven track record of strategic leadership within a small charity.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Qualification to be the Nominated Individual for the CQC Registration and Registered Manager with knowledge of the national and local health and social care agendas.
