Job Title: Assistant Print Designer

We're ASOS, a leading online fashion retailer, and we're looking for a talented Assistant Print Designer to join our in-house Design team.

Job Description

As an Assistant Print Designer, you will be working closely with our Print Team to design and develop amazing prints and graphics for our customers. Your role will involve researching the latest fashion trends, creating mood boards, and sharing creative ideas to improve and develop our ASOS collection.

You will be responsible for supporting the Print Team in all aspects of the design process, including researching, developing, and assisting in the creation of all-over prints and graphics across all categories in design. You will also be involved in admin duties such as organising the print archive, finalising and sending out files, and pantoning prints and graphics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Print Team in designing and developing prints and graphics for our customers
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and print designs
  • Assist in the creation of mood boards and share creative ideas to improve and develop our ASOS collection
  • Organise and maintain the print archive, including finalising and sending out files
  • Pantone prints and graphics as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in print design for an aspirational brand or similar high street retailer
  • Good understanding of the ASOS brand and customer
  • Impressive hand-painting skills and ability to adapt to various styles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
