We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trading Product Control Manager to join our team at NatWest Markets. As a key member of our Commercial & Institutional business, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support our trading activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and maintain control frameworks and governance structures to ensure adherence to our overall strategy and operating model.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Deliver full substantiation and reconciliation of the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts within a controlled framework.
- Establish strong analytical procedures over the balance sheet and profit and loss account.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification and proficiency in accounting.
- Experience of implementing business process and procedural change in a complex business environment.
- Strong experience in banking payment systems, interlinked financial systems, and accounting procedures.
- Ability to implement operating model and strategic change.
- Proven ability to drive culture and generate multiple ways forward to achieve team objectives.
