Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Trading Product Control Manager to join our team at NatWest Markets.

As a key member of our Commercial & Institutional business, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support our trading desks.

Your primary focus will be on managing our daily P&L and monthly balance sheet reporting, ensuring strong daily controls and effective market risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Implement performance measures and promote a culture of data and information quality
  • Develop and maintain control frameworks and deliverable governance frameworks aligned to our overall strategy
  • Actively participate in strategic initiatives and drive a continuous improvement culture
  • Establish strong analytical procedures over the balance sheet and profit and loss account
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification and proficiency in accounting
  • Experience of implementing business process and procedural change in a complex business environment
  • Strong experience in banking payment systems, interlinked financial systems, and accounting procedures
  • Ability to implement operating model and strategic change
  • Proven ability to drive culture and generate multiple ways forward to achieve team objectives
