Key Responsibilities

As a Trading Product Controller at NatWest, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support the bank's trading activities. This includes daily P&L and monthly balance sheet reporting for the trading desks.

You will lead teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial information, implement performance measures, and promote a culture of data and information quality.

Key Skills

We are looking for a qualified accountant with extensive experience in a large multinational financial services environment. You will have a strong track record of leading, motivating, and directing small teams, and ideally have experience of global working.

Key skills required include:

  • Experience of implementing business process and procedural change in a complex business environment
  • Strong experience in banking payment systems, interlinked financial systems, and accounting procedures
  • The ability to implement operating model and strategic change
  • The proven ability to drive culture and generate several ways forward to achieve team objectives
