Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Young People service in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer support and services.
  • Develop and implement effective supervision and team meetings to ensure staff are equipped to meet performance targets.
  • Responsible for the personal development of staff, identifying high performers and contributing to the organisation's succession plans.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and recorded correctly.
  • Develop key business relationships with customers and external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities.
  • Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs and ensure support planning is carried out in line with assessed needs.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as relevant to the service and directed by the Contract Manager/Heads of Operations.

  • You will have a strong background in managing and developing staff, with a proven track record of delivering services performance targets.
  • You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be able to work effectively in a dynamic and diverse environment, with a strong focus on customer needs.
