Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Young People service in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive local culture.
- Deliver effective supervision and team meetings, ensuring that information, reporting, and communication are seamless.
- Responsible for the personal development of staff, identifying high performers, and contributing to the organisation's succession plans.
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and recorded correctly, driving service delivery excellence.
- Develop key business relationships with customers and external parties to maximise new business opportunities.
- Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs, ensuring support planning aligns with customer requirements.
- Carry out other administrative tasks as directed by the Contract Manager/Heads of Operations.
- Deliver an out-of-hours on-call service for the region, as required.
- Ensure safeguarding cases are managed in line with protocols and reported to the Contract Manager/Head of Operations.
- Adhere to Look Ahead Health and Safety policies and uphold all health and safety responsibilities.
- Engage positively in reflective practice sessions with colleagues.

- At least two years' experience of effectively managing and developing staff to ensure delivery of services performance targets.
- Experience of delivering to housing management performance targets.
- Desirable: Educated to degree level or equivalent, other relevant professional memberships and/or specialist qualifications.
- Full Driving Licence and access to use of vehicle.
